Kularatna Home celebrated its Silver Jubilee last year and is located in the Province of Sabaragamuwa, close proximity to the main town of Godakawela in a peaceful village hamlet of Ranwala, catering and looking after girls from the age of 5 to 18 years.

The building in which the Child Development Centre is currently located was the Home of the late Minister Mr. Harrold Kularatna where the beloved late wife Mrs. Treshila Kularatna had accepted the advice of Madam Seetha Mollamure to initiate a Children’s home and donate it to the National Council for Child & Youth Welfare in the year: 1991.
